Great quality of items at a great price and no hassle delivery. 3 stars after all their good points. This is down to their lack of communication. Luckily I have not had any problems with my orders but they have missed out on more trade with me than they should purely by the times I have needed information about a product etc and there has be no response from them. This left me out in the woods on those items and I was then not willing to go through with the purchase. This lack of communication does worry me and makes me wonder if it is down to no one checking emails or no one caring enough to reply to the customer.

ordered 1 single item 28.11.17, sent wrong size by 2 sizes!!!!, when phoned to complain told basically o well pay to send it back and we will reimburse you, appauling service they made a mistake they should be paying upfront for the postage to them! now ive got to run about waste my time my fuel my parking costs and pay upfront before i can even get the item i ordered not even offered next day delivery for a replacement disgusting!

Latex is high quality as far as I can tell, and it was delivered within 2 days despite me having ordered late on a Thursday, and only having used standard delivery. I had a slight issue in that the sizing was slightly smaller than expected, so am hopefully going to be exchanging one of the items for a larger size. Will hopefully post a positive review of their returns system soon

Udvalget er kæmpe stort og deres leverancer kommer normalt hurtigt og til tiden. Vi købte fire nye catsuits i specielle farver efter egne specifikationer, og de ankom alle sammen indenfor 10 dage, og de er simpelthen SPOT ON! Eneste minus vi har oplevet hos dem (som trækker den ene stjerne fra) er, at hvis man køber lørdag, hvorefter der er tilbud på samme genstand fra om f.x. mandagen, så vil de ikke lade købet gå tilbage til den pris man har betalt og derefter købe den til billigere pris uden en masse bøvl. Det er et mindre punkt, men ville være fantastisk kundeservice!

Brought a spreader bar, when it arrived the clip to attach the cuffs to the pole was fused shut. Tried to return the cuff but was told the entire item had be posted back. We had already taken the bar to my boyfriends house and used on of the underbed cuffs, so the item has been used. We threw away the box expecting to just post the cuff back to be replaced but told we have to package the whole item, print off the email confirmation and include a write explanation of the faulty part. Then email separately a copy of the postage to be refunded. It would then be processed and eventually a replacement would be sent out. It's not worth my time and money to return, terrible customer service and no true apology. Will not be using this site again if they have such poor customer service!

I ordered two items at 7am on a Thurs for next day delivery before a bank holiday. They didn't arrive on Friday which was Good Friday so I concede that was my mistake. I contacted customer services to ask when they would arrive and they told me the items would be dispatched on the following Tuesday and arrive Wednesday. I don't think it is acceptable that the website allows you to pay for a service (next day delivery) when I am actually going to have to wait 6 days to receive my items. Oddly one of the items was actually delivered by Royal Mail on the Saturday. The other never turned up at all which was an item in excess of £100. I could have contacted them and let them know but I am so tired of having to chase businesses for goods that I have already paid for that I have just decided to never use them again.

I paid extra for fast delivery. Didn't get goods untill three days after. Honour seems to think its ok to blame royal mail. They didn't seem to give a Damn. Then one of my purchases no where near fitted despite ordering the correct size. Cheap and tacky shoes made in China. Then Honour think its ok to make me pay to send item back. Shoddy outfit not caring about its costumers. Wouldn't recommend or use ever again.

I love shopping with Honour! The customer service experience I have had with them is second to none! If there isn't someone on the phone to help with your query I will always receive a quick reply to an email I have sent! Any problems that I have ever had with Honour I have let them know and they have been dealt with either on the same day or ASAP. I would recommend anyone looking for these type of products to give Honour a try as I really don't think they will be disappointed! Keep up the great work and customer service!

I thought I would surprise my husband on his birthday with something a little bit saucy but was so confused on what to get with so many options. Fortunately, I called up Honour and they were able to assist me on picking the perfect piece, ended up going for a PVC playsuit and my husband loved it! Thank youuuu!!!

At first I was worried about buying a dress for £150. However, when it came it was one of the most stunning creations I have ever seen. I fell in love with the vintage look from a young age and the Cherry Belle Collection just fits my look perfectly!! Can't wait for payday so I can buy another piece!

Love the Company and received great service. Dress was too big for me so I returned it and they sent me out a smaller size immediately.

I had to return the corset because they sent me wrong size and the garment was defective too to add an insult to the injury. Refund was delayed by at least a week, when finally processed, incorrect amount was refunded (they deducted half of the original postage and did not bother include refund postage at all though they promised to do so in writing). When I chased those 8 GBP they still owed me, I got a response that they could not help me any further. This order was placed on Amazon and obviously there is something called Amazon AZ guarantee. Apparently Honour has never heard of it and they don' t care about EU regulations either. If you receive wrong or defective item (or both such as in my case) the seller is obliged to refund all the order related costs. It is law and it is common sense too. This is an awful, disrespectful company that lies to customers, makes empty promises and refuses to bear responsibility for their actions and the low quality products they sell. I am totally amazed by all the positive reviews they have. Especially because I had some more negative experience with them in the past though certainly not as terrible as this one. Needless to say, I would never order anything from them again. Fortunately Amazon has improved their customer service in regards to 3rd party sellers orders and they fixed the problem to my upmost satisfaction. Thank you, Honour, for wasting my time and ruining my shopping experience. What a rude, incompetent company you are, risking your reputation over a few pounds.

I've been a long time customer of Honour. They market high quality latex and pvc. My significant other gets a host of compliments every time she wears their merchandise!
