I was told that it would take 10 days to get from the UK to NZ, but was here in 5! And packaged discretely so no one could be nosy!

I've always liked pvc and the range and quality of the Honour products is the best I've come across. Good value, not excessively expensive for niche clothing and always quickly delivered.

I ordered a set of shoulder length rubber gloves, but when they arrived, the left glove had a huge rubber dribble down it. I realise this is obviously a product of the moulding process, but it shouldn't have passed quality control. And the right glove was, well, a LEFT glove! All sorted and return postage was refunded to me. Second pair far more satisfactory.

I ordered on a Saturday, I had to call 6 days later as still not had parcel by following Friday. I had to call to chase. Apparantly, the systems were down etc. To be honest, a call would have been nice? It is now Monday the 18th August, 10 days later...I have a letter saying a parcel is waiting for collection? Lets hope it is what I ordered eh? Lovely lady though at customer service well mannered. Not her fault.

I paid significantly extra for the Saturday delivery before the cut-off time and didn't receive the item until Monday. The item was as described however, so no complaints there.

I have ordered an item from the page a week in advance before the even I was attending. Unfortunately the item wasn't even dispatched up until day before my party! After a short conversation on the phone with Caroline, who was very nice and helpful, it turned out that there was an system crash which made my order invisible in a way. Despite the fact that the item was dispatched the same day the phone conversation took place, item wasn't delivered to me on time. I am very disappointed as had to improvise my outfit for the evening.
