The system was easy to use and there was no guilt implied. I was able to complete the course in a couple of hours. The person who chatted with me at the end to wrap it all up was friendly and professional.

It’s a bit overwhelming to enter all the info when you are going through this difficult process. However, I understand and am thankful for the help. The criteria you have for housing seems a bit out of date and a bit unrealistic for some of the suggestions. Very worried for the future of lower to middle income families.
