Mostly easy to use. Some of the financial questions seemed to overlap. Also there was no place to put homeowner's insurance expense.

It went decent. The website wouldn't let my wife and I link our accounts on our own, so we had to call customer service to do it for us, which was annoying. You have to leave a message for a call back, which they did in about 15 minutes. Once we made it through that, the rest was quick and easy. We chose the online chat for our after interview and it went a lot faster than estimated. If it wasn't for the technical issue while signing up, and going in circles with it for 45 minutes, I would of given 5 stars.

Overall it was great. However, if we could have had a preview of some of the information needed ahead of time it would be better. I keep meticulous records and still we timed out and had to start over because of needed figures and interest rates I had no idea would be needed.

It was educational and informational. In my opinion they need to offer your course in high schools. Less going through it for those kids later.
