I brought 4 mugs, well packed and speedy delivery, 1 mug leaked when I made a coffee in it. I phoned and spoke to a lovely guy, a new mug arrived next day!

I bought a pen set as a guest. i have sent four e-mails already but they never replied to me .And i never get the confirmation of order ,but when i check my credit card bill that the payment is already on my bill. Now ,i don' t know how to check my goods whithout any reply . I think this is the worst shopping experience ever. If you don't improve this situation i will never shopping again!!!!

I will never ever shop here or recommend this website. I placed at over on the 9th December and also paid an extra $80 for FedEx delivery. It took them until the 16th December to email me requesting a further $100 to send the parcel it cover their own costs of delivery. After complaining they tried to say as a good will gesture they'd take off $40. How the hell can it be a good will gesture when it wasn't even apart of the agreement it the first place. This company is a joke.

Very happy, ordered my gifts on Sunday evening and they arrived Wednesday morning. The pens I bought were presented in gift boxes which I thought was an added bonus and the friends that I gave them too were delighted. The musical ruler was such fun and everyone in the office wanted a go, going to order more of these for jokey Christmas pressies. I ordered two Yankee candles that did not arrive as expected. As soon as I rang Temptation Gifts they were most helpful,said it must have gone astray and resent the order by courier which arrived promptly. I am really pleased with the candles and would use Temptation Gifts again.

I absolutely love the personalised Yankee candle, only brought one as I wanted to see what it was like, but for the price I am absolutely gobsmacked about it love it and a great price too, I will be ordering more and have recommended it to otherw
