I have been buying Dunoon mugs for a while from TG. They have a vast stock and a very friendly website, with most of the mugs displayed with a sort of 3d technique which enables the viewer to see the mug from all sides. After one initial breakage, the mugs have been packed beautifully and make a very long way, arriving intact. Most definitely recommended !!!

I ordered a large number of Happy Jackson items as gifts. One item, a small tin box costing less than £3, was scratched. I phoned customer service and spoke with Rebecca. Instantly she said that they would replace the item, but could I email a photo showing the damage so they could see the damage. I appreciated greatly that she said a photo would suffice, rather than me having to waste time and effort repackaging the box and going to the post office. I assumed that they would wait until I had sent the photo before sending the replacement. I didn't get round to emailing the photo until the next day, and yet later that morning the replacement (perfect) box arrived. I am incredibly impressed with Rebecca's swift, professional and helpful response and that the company sorted an issue so well. I will definitely use them again (plus the Happy Jackson stuff is rather fun,).
