I bought a Yankee candle and asked for next day delivery but unfortunately there was a delay at the courier. Temptation gifts refunded my next day delivery charge in full and even sorted out me collecting it from the depot for me. Unfortunately it then came smashed so they sent out a brand new one which arrived next day free of charge. Happy to see the customer care isn't actually dead! Thanks again

I was able to check the status of my order through my online account and was notified when the item had been dispatched. The order was dispatched quickly after the personalisation was complete and arrived within a few days. I have purchased from temptation Gifts four times (obviously I was very tempted!) and I have found the service to be very swift. The order always arrived very carefully packed, breakables are wrapped and all items come wrapped in tissue paper which is lovely. The range of products to choose from is great and has expanded over the time I have been ordering from this site and when they say there is a sale they mean it! I have bought many 'Bright Side', Edward Monkton and Waldo Pancake items that have been so significantly cheaper than I see them in a local gift shop its actually amazing! I live in an area of the Westcountry that is scenic but has little to offer in the way of shopping variety. Temptation Gifts is a Godsend! Love the site, will continue to buy!
