I was looking for some specific mugs (Cath Kidston) for my better half. She had bought some a while ago and loved them. Unfortunately she smashed them in a freak washing up incident so I wanted to replace them for her. I couldn't find them anywhere until I stumbled across Temptation Gifts. They had exactly what I wanted so I ordered immediately. The parcel arrived in two days but unfortunately one of the mugs was broken in transit. I immediately phoned Temptation Gifts and they could not have been more helpful. All they asked was that I email them a picture of the broken mug and a replacement arrived with me two days later. I will definitely order from them again.

I have found out about Temptation Gifts while looking for a very particular type and pattern of a mug. I have both found what I was looking for and so many other things I loved! The shop is very well stocked and there is a huge variety of items to choose from. Customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend shopping with this retailer!

This is a great local company. We are lucky enough to live close to several branches and Temptations is a brilliant place to buy good quality unusual gifts. I ordered a few items from their clearance sale, but wasn't keen on paying £3.99 delivery as the warehouse is just down the road. I sent a message with my order asking if I could pick the parcel up, and received a phone call first thing next morning offering to refund the delivery (which was done immediately) and for the lorry to leave my things at the Amersham branch that afternoon which was perfect! I would recommend Temptations maybe offer a click and collect system.

Amazing service - from UK to Australia in 5 days.

I ordered two birthday cards and a travel wallet from this website. All arrived very quickly and in great condition. However, one of the cards was not the same design that I ordered. It wasn't the end of the world though, as a daughter, handing my father a card "from a son who wants to be just like you" was pretty funny!

I have ordered loads of stuff from Temptation gifts. They have always been competitively priced, delivered quickly and been really well packed (although my mother does despair over the packing peanuts which usually end up over the floor. At least they give great protection to my stuff). Will continue to shop with them. Well done

I was given a set of bath and shower gel/hand and body lotion for Christmas and was so impressed I decided to buy some myself. I love the products and would definitely buy again. My only criticism is that I used the standard delivery option and it took over a week to arrive.

I stocked up on my favourite scented candles, I had never used company before but the prices where the best I could find and the delivery super fast, I wouldn't go anywhere else now for candles.
