The Herbal apothecary is my one stop shop for all my dried herbs and tinctures for my little health shop. It’s a friendly helpful company. The quality is spot on.

Always on time, always has great stock. Easy to use website. One of the few herbal suppliers to offer a great service from start to finish.

My order was processed and sent speedily. I did it online. Unfortunately I find that prices have increased dramatically for some products but these are very hard to source (i.e. Slippery elm), so I will have to reconsider my prescribing of this valuable herb. The Sterling to Euro rate was quite unfavourable from my point of view so ordering from the UK is difficult. Luckily I have a base in Northern Ireland so I can avoid further Brexit fees. It's not clear how the points system works and how many one needs in order to qualify for a discount. I would like this to be made clearer. It's also not too clear if these are carried forward. I have used the Herbal Apothecary as my preferred supplier for too many years to mention(ie it's been so long I CAN'T remember lol). The quality of goods and Customer Service when things have not gone smoothly (as I live in Europe now) have always been Excellent
