Quick, safe delivery.

I cannot rate the company because I cannot receive my products! The parcel was delivered to the local pick-up point, but DHL have not sent a pick up code despite repeated requests, and after contacting DHL CS they sent an incorrect code and then informed me that they couldn't send a code once the parcel had been left at the pick up point (?!). Herbal Apothecary did try to help but were not available to answer the phone when I called, and I still do not have access to the products requested 12 days after their expected delivery date. The products will be returned tomorrow as I cannot collect using ID alone. This is the first time ordering from Herbal Apothecary, but as I wanted to start using these herbs ten days ago and have not been able to, I am unlikely to order again, particularly once I qualify as this would be disastrous if a patient were waiting for a prescription.
