Great service, quality and delivery

Herbs were dispatched very quickly and efficiently. However, I was surprised to find each bottle of an herbal tincture was wrapped in individual plastic bag. This seems very unnecessary given the sturdy box and other packaging materials used in the shipping process. The plastic is too flimsy to put to any other use so it went into my bin. If we are trying to be sustainable, packaging matters!

I paid for the most expensive delivery, and wrote an email immediately after ordering to see if it would be possible to ship out the same day as I was leaving the country. My email was ignored and delivery was only attempted 11 days later. Abysmal service.
