I had a very good experience with an agent at the itrustcapital.com's funding support section. He walked me through the whole process (2 processes). Giving a 5-star rating for his excellent work & attitude. Otherwise, just 3-4 stars for the company. They didn't do a good job at all at the beginning when I tried to roll over fund from Fidelity. That was a few years ago n itrustcapital.com was less than a year old. Now, it's a lot better company, but it will take more good experiences to bring my rating up. ^_^ Kudos to the agent, Jett B.!

We were trying (three times) (ACH, bank wire transfer & pay for a bank wire) to wire into an account. FRUSTRATED. SLOWLY. It was a complete train wreck. Information on the emails was ignored, replies were cut and pasted, non sequiturs and indifferent & useless. I called the helpline. Sydney picked up promptly. She bore with us and assuaged our considerable stress. She researched and resolved the situation promptly and efficiently. She actually seemed interested in talking to us. ITrust does not know how to deal with bank wires. Sydney does.

When it was taking awhile for my IRA transfer check to get there, Chad V gave me his number so I could text him and check in often until it arrived. This very much put my mind at ease during a stressful time. Then, once the money arrived in my account, it was super easy to choose what products I wanted to buy.

Been trying to transfer assets to itrustcapital from another custodian for weeks now. I just keep going in circles with their support team about paperwork. I upload something, their system deletes it by accident and they ask me to upload it again. They say electronic signatures doesn't work then I confirm with the transfer custodian it does. Then they tell me some other fields are not filled out on the form when they clearly are filled out on the form. What a mess, Im ready to give up on this company. They send me 5 emails, calls, and text messages about processing but nothing gets done in the end.
