How many other companies create a culture and have people that would see an email come in late on a Friday when they are trying to leave and decide to call and help? Not walk out the door, not email a canned response, but quickly call and walk you through your problem until resolved. If you want to do business with a company that puts the customer 1st and actually provides exceptional service, look no further.
