Hi, I did a lot of research about what company would be the best choice for buying/storing/investing cryptocurrencies using a Roth IRA. Who wouldn't want to grow their nest egg tax-free? It took me a few days and many hours to review about five companies, looking at specific details such as the entire process; fees, security, website, product selection, availability, trustworthiness, Insurance, customer service (which is very important to me), ease of use, and more. I have been working on setting up an account for a couple months, mainly due to a security glitch that would not allow me to get my KYC completed. After multiple emails and calls, I was finally able to log in to my new account. With all of the issues, I was concerned but this last call with Mo went extremely well. He was able to get my account working properly and I can now log in with no trouble. He was very helpful and I was happy to have connected with him to get my issues resolved.

Chris is great ! I requested a distribution from my I Trust account. I was on the last step to validate account. I have been having issues with my email and your company sent me a few emails to line up my phone interview. Chad from your help desk sent me a heads up to look for your email, which I never received I called in Monday morning to see how to achieve my confirmation so I could receive my money. They lined me up to receive my phone call on Monday afternoon from Chris. Chris called me a few minutes early from our agreed on time ! Chris from the start was so knowledgeable and kind.
