Well. I tryed to buy a watch on their website that sells lots of things including watches. But the costumer service sent me an e-mail saying that they can not ship the watch because the watch as a…battery. I’m confused. As i live in Portugal and the Standard Shipping is Availalbe, that explanation is not accurate. And if you choose another Watch instead of the Nixon, a Casio, the checkout and shipping is already available. Martin you should do your homework. Try on the website.

I wanted to return a pair of boots as they didn't fit me. After paying £50 for postage to Austria, I found it on my porch 2 weeks later because it was refused. I have followed everything that was written on the return form, nothing was stated about contacting the company before returning anything. In my email I clearly said that my issue was that the package was recejted, and yet I was being rudely educated about their free return policy. I ended up paying lots of money and got stuck with a product that I don't want. This company needs to be more clear on the return form they enlose with the products about the steps the customers need make if they want to return anything. I will not be ordering anything ever again from them, and definitely will not be recommending to other people.

I'd been looking for this particular wetsuit all over the Internet!. I couldn't get one here in the UK in the colour way I was desperate for. I saw it on this site and I was super cautious about ordering, with the mixed reviews. But im so glad I did order the suit!. It arrived a day earlier than expected, exactly what I ordered, size, colour etc. I'd spoken to customer service before hand to double check the sizing, they replied straight away and were very helpful!. Reliable platform to buy your snowboarding stuff, clothes, etc. Received my order really fast, nice overall experience.

Placed order on the 11th. Meant to be with my on the 18th, then unexpected delay, then says it’s delivered on the 19th but no sign of parcel. I work from home, so I’m here all day and I know if a parcel is attempted delivery. Contacted them 22nd and still no response. That’s £100 gone and no jacket. Please just refund me otherwise I’ll have to take it up with PayPal.

Extrem Unfreundlich und schlechte Preise

Ho ordinato una tuta burton che è arrivata difettosa, era il 24 febbraio. Da quel momento è partita la peggior organizzazione di reso mai vista. In un mese ho parlato più con loro che con mia madre. Il problema di base è che ogni volta ti risponde uno diverso che non sa nulla, in un mese penso di aver parlato con l intero staff Barbara Elke Domenico etcetc e ognuno ti dice la sua…fatto sta che siamo al 23 di marzo e non ho ancora la tuta, tra una settimana finisce la stagione. Domandatevi perchè non gli si possono fare recesioni su google come a tutti gli altri siti.
