Germany | 12 March 2024Super flexibel im Geschäft (Ulm) - sofort angeboten Hose für mich zu bestellen, die im Laden nicht vorrätig war. Leider hatte sie nichtr geüpasst, aber Rückgabe war völlig unproblematisch über den Laden. Ich war sehr zufrieden!

Germany | 12 March 2024Habe vor ca. einem Jahr im Laden in HD eingekauft und nun auch eine Bestellung im Online-Shop aufgegeben. Zügiger Versand, Ware war ausnahmslos in Ordnung. Teil-Retoure (zur Auswahl bestellt) wurde zügig bearbeitet. Alles andere habe ich gerne behalten. Gut möglich, dass ich hier wieder bestelle.

I received a request from customer service to send a photocopy of the payment card and ID "for verification purposes" What?... So I suggested changing the name on the order address to my wife's, which was not enough for them, and they subsequently canceled the order. I've shopped here in the past without any problems, but I won't do it again.

Heb een board van 400 euro gekocht en moest overal steppen terwijl andere gewoon konden boarden. Dat heb ik in 15 jaar nog nooit meegemaakt. Had me nog zo verheugd op mijn nieuwe union Board. Helaas een slecht product waar ze geen verantwoordelijkheid voor nemen.

Sure, I've paid 12 euros extra for Express Delivery, but still :D The customer service is also great... they reply on the same day. Another web shop added to my "Trusted Collection". Greece | 07 March 2024when I informed them that one of the 2 shirts has a wrong description on the site, as both say regular fit but one was huge compared to the other, they answered me this: The description is provided by and specific to each brand. It just means that, according to Homeboy, this is a regular Homeboy piece, which is wider than your average Streetware, and they wouldn't accept my return due to their mistake. For me, completely unprofessional behavior. however, the quality of their clothes is good, as I have ordered 3 other times. Edit: they contacted me again and immediately raised the issue of the return, I thank them very much for that. as I said before, as far as the quality of their clothes is concerned, there is no doubt, all authentic and carefully packaged. 5 stars after their immediate service!

Germany | 07 March 2024They are very responsive online and have a Whatsapp number in case of refunds, returns etc.. And in shop, I had a great experience in Charlottenburg Berlin. The Shop assistant was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to help. They also gave me a very generous discount.

When I noticed that 1 washer is missing, I texted them on WhatsApp. No response for a month (1 e-mail reminder in that period with no response). Texted them again via their website chat and they told me they would send it "tomorrow" - same answer every second day. They finally sent the spare parts after a week. If the product is fine - it's fine, but it's about resolving issues that speaks about the shop's quality.

After three weeks the snowboard binding i ordered arrived. BUT it was two different ones. I have now missed five weeks of winter. Never again will I shop from this sh_t shop.

Einen Monat. Ich habe auch ein paar e Mails bekommen. Dann habe ich beschlossen da ich etwas ungeduldig geworden bin, blue tomato auf WhatsApp an zu schreiben. Mir wurde super geholfen und jetzt weiß ich endlich das mein Skateboard diese Woche kommen wird! Bin sehr happy mit den Kunden Service! Lg

France | 04 March 2024Colis retourné depuis le 30 janvier 2024 avec le bon de retour fourni dans le colis, je n'ai toujours pas reçu de remboursement à ce jour. Malgré plusieurs relance par téléphone et par mail, on me dit qu'il faut patienter car ils n'ont pas réussi à trouver mon colis. J'attend toujours mon remboursement.

Second: I had already made payment for the order to Klarna. Now its been 15 days after the order was cancelled and Bluetomato or Klarna have not made refund. I contact Klarna and they tell me to contact BlueTomato. Bluetomato tell me to contact Klarna. Cant recommend Bluetomato to anyone. I made two orders from them at the same time, first and last.
