This is my first purchase through Abe Books 3rd party Book Oulet Canada. I bought lots of books for my nieces, but bought what I assumed was a used book through Abe Books in the US and was charged US dollars, but it came from unfortunately Book Oulet.ca. I asked to return the book as it was just horrible. I had bought and read many books by this Author and loved them. This one was her "Stinker". Do you think Book Outlet would refund my money??? NOOOO WAY...so Canadian, some BS reason they gave me was that 'IT WAS NEW BOOK AND NOT USED"...lol, I will go back to Thrift books whose used books policy is, IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE BOOK, THEY REFUND YOUR MONEY. They are based in the US and obviously understand Customer Service better than Canadian owned Book Oulet.

The books were in great condition and came within a few days. Excellent product and service.

Disclaimer: I purchased the bargain book. Usually, I’m happy with the quality of bargain books since there’s only very discreet pen marks on either the bottom or sides of the book but the one that I ordered from Book Outlet was kind of disappointing since the front cover was damaged. The first few pages were also torn. I didn’t return it cos I really want to start reading the book and there’s nothing wrong with the body. Just not too happy with it considering that I’ve paid for the shipping fee. Had I known about the poor quality, I should have just bought the regular price. + The order was processed fast.

Game changer for people who like physical books! Even though I had to pay for shipping, it was significantly cheaper and faster than Amazon. I got a hard copy for less than half of what it was priced at the bookstore.
