I order frequently from Book Outlet and the experience is always great. Shipping is fast and communication is clear and timely. Sometimes I think it may be too easy - at least that’s what my bookshelves are telling me 😊

I've ordered from book outlet at least half a dozen times in the last year. Every time it's been simple, and the books have been great. I've had one book (out of at least sixty) with any imperfections beyond a dot or line of marker along the top or bottom of the pages (when the book is closed). The more "damaged" book had the shiny letters on the cover dulled like it had been scraped against something. The book itself was in perfect shape. My biggest complaint is that with free shipping after $40, it's entirely too easy to put together yet *another* order, and space is becoming scarce on my ridiculously large bookcases.

I expected a bit of damage but two of the books were in bad condition. The price was good but not that good for such damaged books.

The books came faster than expected and were perfectly packaged. Also, despite what this is advertised as, I have NEVER found even a mark on any of the books I’ve ordered. I’ve ordered several times and will continue to do so.

Although it takes a little longer to get my books from you guys, they arrive in good shape and I always get what I order. Love your prices and the discount coupon you periodically send as well.

Great site for ordering, simple and fast. Shipping was free for orders over a certain $amount and they tally up how much more you need to get free shipping so thats helpful. I received my books sooner than I had thought.

My books arrived in less than a week and were so much cheaper than other stores my only problem was availability (some books I wanted were sold out) but that’s completely fine and expected :)
