It was a pleasure to meet Alex when I purchased a Volvo XC70, it was a refreshing change not to be hassled by any sales people. I was given the keys to the car, allowed to look around the car in my own time without someone hovering over your shoulder and was told to take it for a test drive and take my time! Alex took the time to show me the service history and answer any questions I had about the car. Super happy with both the customer service and the car!

Bought a great little car with the team, it as in great condition and very much as advertised with no hard sell. Alex was extremely helpful and although there was a small mix up with regards the service plan, he was quick to recitify and ensure the car service was covered by them. I was very impressed with the excellent service I received from Birchwood Motors. I spoke to Alex and Morgan late in the day but nothing was too much trouble and amazingly, after purchasing a car at teatime on Monday, it was delivered to my door over 200 miles away by the following lunch time!
