Got a quote from them, seemed in line with what we know about the cost of this type of furniture, although nonetheless higher than we were hoping. The service provided by the designer when he attended to quote was however pretty good. When he provided the quote we has said we were thinking about our options and might get the work done next year- said in honesty at the time. Following this we got a quote from another company who quoted alot less for a comparable product, and therefore got the gig. A few weeks later we had a call back from Spacemaker to ask where we were at with things, and on hearing why we had gone with a competitor they offered to requote. To me, this suggests they were taking the p with the first quote. After declining, the guy thought the call had ended, but was still on the line and said to someone else, presumably in the office, "b*llsh*t, it was the price, they weren't waiting;" We then called them back up and told the guy he needed to make sure the phone was hung up before sl*gging off someone. This jerk then tried to say that he had actually been telling someone he was with that the designer had been telling him 'b*llsh*t' when given reasons why we weren't going ahead with Spacemaker's quote, and would never say that about a customer. I would suggest you don't buy from this company - in my opinion they quote you for alot more than they could do the job for*, and apparently talk about you behind your back in an unpleasant way. (I get that making profit is how business operate, but there are companies out there who will come straight in with a sensible offer rather than messing around hoping that people who don't know any better or have more money than sense fall for it.)

They did not show up on the day of the delivery. They rescheduled later in the week and when the day comes they downloaded all the components from their van into our bedroom and then left saying they could not find a parking space. They left all the components in our bedroom and said they would come back two weeks later to assemble it. Yes, two weeks! Two weeks we are going to leave with our clothes hang in the living room and our bedroom half full of the components for the wardrobe. You are right! We haven't seen though the whole experience yet but it definitely started on the wrong foot. Moreover, as we complained about the delay, we haven't received any support from the team working on this project. All they could do was shrugging their shoulders. I would no recommend them to a friend nor to an enemy.

Very happy with our fitted dressing room, study and spare room with pull down bed. The designer was excellent (Roger Seear) and the fitter superb. LED strip lighting did come unstuck which we had to repair ourselves but this is a minor issue. They are far from the cheapest but we believe we have a premium product so do not mind spending a little more.

Where do I start, when we first met Halil. It was was very reassuring. He was very approachable, calm and collective: he is very easy to work with and helped us design our fitted wardrobe. Before placing the order with Spacemaker we were slightly nervous after reading the reviews on trust pilot. Now we have experienced the whole process from start to finish. I cannot understand how they can have any bad reviews. I received the initial drawings within few days. Surveyor was booked promptly. Head office communicated appointments effectively. Quality of materials is outstanding, quality of service was amazing. Every member of Spacemaker deserve the recognition and applause of delivering such an amazing product and height quality service. We are very happy! The room looks amazing. Ignore any bad reviews. It does not give accurate reflection of their product and service. Having done my research and obtained quotes from all the usual competitors, I approached Spacemakers after a recommendation from a friend. It's fair to say that I have high standards, and are often left disappointed by poor workmanship and poor customer service. I am delighted to report that this company has excelled in both areas. Marc Cooper was superb as was the fitter Phil. It's also worth mentioning that the quality of the product is excellent. All round delighted with service and quality. Would highly recommend this company.
