Dean was prompt with his timed appointment, managed to unload our boxed wardrobes quickly and efficiently. Did advise that we could use the bedroom while he was working, but we chose 'the big unveil"! It was well worth it - the wardrobes looked great. He had made a really good job with all the carpentry, everywhere was clean and tidy and we were happy to pay the balance as all good. Really pleased with all the Spacemaker people we met, from the showroom, the sales, the survey and the finance team. Happy to recommend.

Excellent service from initial enquiry to finish. It took about a month, two sale visits, one survey and two half days to fit 4 wardrobes in two bedrooms. Fitters Mark and Dean were so efficient and fast with excellent finish. Adrian from Sales worked magic with the designs. Highly recommended.

I found the sales service really helpful, no hard sell just an overview of what was possible and what was available, Sophie gave us some good ideas about how to get the most from the space. This was followed by the very precise and technical measurement being done and the gentleman that came to do this was great, also advising on best size for best visual look. Installation booking had some hiccups but I think they were really sorry about it and did a good job of rectifying the situation. Mark. Our installer was superb and not only clean and tidy but polite. He was speedy but the job didn't look rushed.

All done in one day! Tony was clean, polite & Professional. Noticed a scratch on the door after installation (Manufacturing fault not installation fault) Contacted SM and within a few days a replacement part was provided. Appreciate the quality & customer service. #64850A

I was charged £6800 for a 2.3m (W) x 2.5m (H) sliding door wardrobe and a small shelving unit. I decided to go ahead because the salesperson/ designer convinced me they could deliver a premium product and exceptional service. I paid 90% before installation. On the installation day, the fitters left me with a semi-installed wardrobe with missing parts, broken drawer, boards assembled upside-down, back to front, misaligned shelves and hanging rails! That surely didn't help with credibility, because you start wondering what mistakes they could have made in the parts that are not visible. Anyway, they've acknowledged their mistakes and scheduled another visit. The fitter didn't show up. I received a call on the day when I had already cancelled work related activities and cleared the room for a second time. They've rescheduled the visit for the following week and the fitter showed up late. One piece of advice, once you pay them the final balance, they have all the leverage and won't care about all the hassle and financial costs you had to go through as a result of their mistakes and time delays. They will say sorry, but they won't compensate you properly. They ended up reducing the bill by £200, making it sound like they were doing me a favour. The final product looks ok now, at least from the outside, but quite frankly, I'm not very impressed, especially given the cost. I won’t be using them again and can only hope that my honest review won’t result in complications should I need to use the guarantee in the future. Time will tell.

There had been good customer relationships, very polite, good communication skills as well as neat, great and well done job. Very patience, smiling, ready to listen to customers and very good at what they do. Well done, I never regret with my decision on choosing Spacemaker.👍❤️

Everything from the initial consultation, to the fitting was amazing. Fastest installation turnaround in just 5 weeks. The boys came on Monday to install the wardrobes and were done by 3pm! outstanding service from Tom and the installation was flawless. One part was missing and it was sent on the same day - incredible! When I noticed a tiny chip in the paint , it was fixed very quickly. All staff are respectful and enthusiastic. I can't recommend this company highly enough. Probably the best customer service I have come across.

Having ordered fitted furniture for 3 rooms I was delighted that fitting would be within 5weeks. Perfect. The fitters were hard working but the end result was very far short of acceptable in two rooms. Despite fitters returning on various occasions, cancelling at very short notice on three occasions, it is now over three months later and I am left with a shockingly poor product. Their communication / customer service is woeful. I have a large media unit with a very visible join down the middle. They say they are fixing things yet haven’t. I would never deal with this company again and my next step will be legal. Update: it is now November and we finally had Spacemaker rectify the issue with the media unit in September. The project was then complete six months after it started. Ultimately we regret contracting with this business. The product is chipboard so if you get a quote, do compare what they are offering with what you can buy elsewhere. The measure of a company is how they perform when things go wrong…… in our experience, their ‘fix’ took too long and caused a lot of stress.

A really great journey from the ideas stage with the excellent designer Sarah right through to installation with Tony. Sarah worked with us patiently to create a beautiful office solution. She went above and beyond and was contactable throughout. Installation was painless and smooth with Tony. He was professional, polite & did a first class job. We would highly recommend this company & we will be entrusting the rest of our house to them!

Dean turned up early and cracked on in getting the job done. He installed my cupboards which now look great.

We initially had a bad experience with Marc the salesperson and designer.on the first fit the dividers were not correct and we couldn’t hang any clothes. The company understood and agreed to get it right. We had their best carpenter Mark who fitted them perfectly and turned the experience from a negative to a positive for us
