Sailor was very clear which helped a lot as she took us through each step. This made a fairly difficult decision much easier. She was also quite knowledgeable and considerate in how she handled the consultation.

Each step was explained thoroughly and made simple for my partner and I. Lydia answered any questions we had and went out of her way to show us various engagement ring design options. Lydia was very patient, friendly and made our 4 hour round trip worth it!

Excellent Service. Kit was invaluable and put up with me as I dislike shopping and can be a pain when dragged to the shops. But Kit managed to show me the ring options and also help educate me on different styles, etc, making the process a lot smoother. My fiancee and I are extremely happy to deal with these people.

We had our appointment with Trinity on 31/12 and she was amazing! It was our first appointment looking at rings and she made everything so easy for us. Answered every question we thought of and all the ones we didn’t think of. She was so patient and took the time to understand what we were looking for and what would suit our needs. She has since followed up with us on multiple occasions to see how we’re going with choosing a ring and to offer her assistance to her. 10/10 would recommend!
