Expectations blown out of the water yet again. Being so overwhelmed with choices last year we decided to sit and think on it for a little while. When we made our second appointment with Jazz, she had everything we had loved the last visit ready to look at again. Absolute 10/10 experience and we will be forever grateful to Jazz for helping us design the ring of our dreams.

The whole appointment was very personalised and friendly, from the moment we entered to when we left. Rebecca was very helpful and answered all our questions whilst giving her opinion without being over bearing.

The customer service and attention to detail was really impressive. I really felt like a VIP in the showroom. The team was super helpful and also patient with helping us find the dream ring.

Our experience viewing engagement rings was wonderful. Giselle was fantastic and very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and made the experience easy and enjoyable. She was super friendly and helpful (and patient - we had no idea what we wanted going in 😅). She answered all of our questions and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for! I had the best experience at Cullen jewellery with Kat! It was my first time trying on rings and she went above and beyond for me. Not only did she open a last minute Saturday appointment for me but nothing was too much and she went through great details regarding all of mine and my best friends questions. The showroom is gorgeous and they have a great selection of rings, overall I could not recommend Kat enough she made this experience 1000 times better.
