I had the pleasure of attending the Cullen Jewellery showroom in Sydney for an engagement ring consult. I was looked after by Emily who made me feel comfortable from the second I walked in. Having gone into the consult with a fairly strong idea of what I wanted, she took the time to understand what I was looking for and then unloaded a wealth of knowledge to point me in the right direction! She made it clear how I could maximise my budget whilst staying within the range of grades that appear the same to the naked eye. We made a shortlist of diamonds that fitted my criteria, then we went through them together and she taught me how to spot the undesirable qualities in each diamond which allowed me to select the perfect one! I can’t wait for the ring to arrive so I can see it in person and then put it on my partners finger! I would recommend Cullen Jewellery, and Emily in the Sydney showroom, to anyone!

Emily Imber is a great sales consultant and definitely knows what she is talking about. Stelina and I really liked Emily’s approach with how she structures her consultation session's, starting off with the style and then getting into the finer detail. Emily did not rush the session of which Stelina and I both appreciated. Overall a very good experience and that we will definitely recommend Emily to family and friends.

Our appointment with Jazz was everything we had hoped for. She explained everything we needed to know clearly and answering all our questions. Her knowledge on the styles available made the appointment go smoothly and allowed us to easily come to a decision on our forever ring.
