Neighbours were having work done. Stumpbusters van parks across our driveway and ‘Robin’ proceeds to do maintenance on his little machine loudly next to it. When I asked him if he realised he was blocking my driveway as a family member was due back any time, he laughed at me and then swore, called me names and told me how horrible my house looked. He was a thoroughly nasty and aggressive thug. My neighbour was mortified and very apologetic, but obviously it wasn’t her fault. All I expected was an acknowledgment from this unpleasant man who was invading my space that he would be considerate. Despite his negative assessment of my property, I have a small wooded area full of trees that are in need of attention, which a professional might have considered a business opportunity rather than behaving like an abusive child.

We called for our free quote and the guy promised to visit us on Tuesday morning. We re-arranged our schedule and waited..and waited. We received no call regarding their 'no show'. How can a firm give a franchise to persons who are wholly unreliable and disrespectful to customers? We found an alternative without any problem. Lincolnshire.

Mike promptly came to remove my tree stump and it was ground up in a short time. The old stump area was left clean and tidy. I highly recommend his service if one needs to remove tree stumps with a reasonable price and excellent care.

ROB turned up bang on time the stump was in a real problem area therefore a machine could not be used. But no worries Rob was not deterred and he totally removed the stump for a very good price. An excellent service provided I would not hesitate to use again Thank you Stump Busters

Fantastic service from the guys. 2 trees to fell, 9 stumps to grind out and 2 full loads of chippings. All completed in one day. No mess left behind, but they cut and stacked the best wood for the log burner. Rob always came when agreed, to price up and re-check before they got started. Started work when agreed and finished once it was done

Today was just me finding out about some work in future from Stumpbusters West Yorkshire. I had a few questions. Communication and responses from John were really helpful and I will go back to them in future.

I called Roger from Stumpbusters (Beds-Herts-Northants) for a quote for the removal of a Chinese Palm tree stump. The quote was less than I imagined and, as they were in the area the next day, they fitted our job in that afternoon. Hugely recomend Sean and Alex from Bath Stumpbusters. We had several stumps including a massive Yew ground out. They were punctual with great communication. A year or so later we had the ground level changed with diggers and it turned out there was still some yew stump hiding (not their fault the way the layout of our garden was previously the issue really seemed like they had it all and it was MASSIVE!) and they came the next day to sort it. Really pleased with them and reccomend them to everyone.
