It was a real pleasure dealing with Burfield Financial Planning, the staff were excellent, always explaining clearly and simply of each step of the way. We had a difficult scenario whereby My father was told by other financial advisors' that there was no way he could retrieve his employment pension which he last paid into 30 years ago as it was locked and couldn't be reached under a special employment scheme. Burfield made this happen which We were led to believe that it could not be done by at least three other companies.
