Beautiful products with a wide choice to choose from. Have been shopping with babame for a couple years now. It all started with a mystery box as i did know what to pick. With loads of children's toys made from some very well known wooden toys brands such as grimms and sevi. They have also recently started getting some more grown up products too so I can also shop for myself and older family members so no excuse to forget them ;). Customer service is amazing have a couple options to get in touch but the best way is through the website on the contact us form. After having a lost order fully replaced thanks to customer service I couldn't really fault them. They are all real people as well so are really nice and friendly.

Had exceptional service from Babame. They have gone above and beyond to assist me and help choose excellent, appropriate toys for my 2 year old. Have shopped with them for over a year now and never had a problem. The mystery boxes are excellent value for money, customer services have been fab when I mistakenly double placed an order, they cancelled and refunded straightaway. They have fantastic deals on and run several HUGE competitions along with a few little ones. Fantastic company that I cannot fault. Oh and the Facebook page is ace too. Lots of friendly, eco-wary mummies and daddies. 🤗

Took a long time to get products! Then one they just cancelled so my son didn’t receive his gift he wanted. Customer service is appalling and many excuse.

Have placed several orders with this company over the past 4 years. The quality of products has never disappointed and whenever I have needed to contact customer service I have received an acceptable response within an acceptable amount of time. I love their Facebook group, it makes me feel close to the company and the owners/managers are in easy reach and approachable. Always there to help, and good fun!

Always had fantastic service. Have been purchasing from them for years and never had any issues although delivery isn't always that quick. There is a good selection of toys and I've had some nice mystery boxes.

Ordered from them 3times now. The first delivery was slow 2plus weeks. I put this down to ordering something on back order but the following delivery took nearly that time as well. Not too much of a problem....however roll along six months and a problem with a sling and customer service was shocking stating that the fact the reinforced stitching that was coming u done on the main strap was not a concern. Needless to say i was disgusted by their response and will no longer shop with them...

Seems like a great company with its nice little Facebook group and 'deals' Maybe the fact they have to approve posts should have made the alarm bells ring, or the fact you can't make a post or leave a review on their Facebook page. I ordered a mystery toy box and the contents arrived broken. I put in a returns request that was ignored for 2 weeks and then cancelled. I asked on the group (someone else's post as they wouldn't approve mine) and was told to start a new one. Also cancelled. I had to open a PayPal case to get them to respond to me. In the PayPal comments they said I was lying and has not ordered a mystery toy box (I had ordered 4 in 2 weeks) and refused a return or refund. They then said that I would have to open another return request with them. Then they ignored all messages and I had to escalate this to a claim. Finally got my refund back today. Absolutely awful company to deal with if there is a problem with your order. I really liked Grimms mystery boxes but I've found somewhere else that do them now and I will never ever use this company again. They lost 5 customers because of their attitude with me. No doubt they will lose a few more if they carry on with their horrible customer service.

Have ordered from Babame 3x now - once last year as had a great offer on a carrier and then twice in the past month. No different to any other retailer in my experience. Am on the Facebook group and owner seems nice and helpful (though personally have never had to contact the company). Delivery had been no different to any other company I've ordered from. Am not put off by the bad reviews personally, only realised they had negative reviews after joining a fb group where they are not a 'recommended seller' - I will continue to use them and would recommend them!

Giving out goods in mega boxes what should be between £70-£100 And charging £60 Then the week after selling them for £40 Delete your messages and posts so no one see's bad comments Takes weeks to shop they have let me order stuff then email to say out of stock

This is the worst company I have ever purchased from. They sent me the wrong item twice on two different orders and tried to blame me! Mindboggling. Then awful and slow customer service and when I left a comment on their page they blocked me! You also can't post in their group without them approving posts! I spent a lot of money with this company and wish I hadn't. I will never recommend them. Ever! Spend your money elsewhere peeps.

Absolutely awful customer service! Tried to accuse me of stealing something when it was them that left something out of my order. Took a week to tell me something was out of stock that I had ordered, changed to a different item, took another 2 week to tell me that was out of stock too! Very rude and didn't apologise once! NEVER buying from them again!

Luckily I sent back my item recorded delivery. They claimed to have not received the item I returned - though it was signed for two weeks ago by someone at the warehouse. Upon researching the company I have found out that there is numerous documented instances online of the company claiming they haven't received returns when the customer says they have sent it. Ordered over £100 of stuff and it was very difficult and stressful getting the money back. Emails were orignally ignored. I would advise people to always use a signed for returns service. Avoid!

I've done two orders with this company. The first was no problem, had emails confirming my order and then one to say it had been dispatched. sure enough it arrived 4 days later which was fine. 3 weeks later I ordered again (27th feb). I had a email again to say that my order had been confirmed (27th) and sent to warehouse (28th feb) but no dispatch email came. 4 days later (3rd march) I googled their number online and just asked if it had been sent and has someone just not pressed the button to send out a email or is it just in the warehouse still. i was polite as i know mistakes happen it's just nice to know whether to wait in or not (my postie like to leave things, so don't like parcels to be left all day). i was told it had been posted. no parcel came after 1 week. (7th march) i contacted paypal and they told me that i can cancel after 5 working days/one week all i had to do was send them a email which i did. i had one saying they'd received my complaint. next one was to say that it had been dispatched on the 5th of march. i have two issues with this. one being it was a sunday but apparently there are a few post offices open on sunday and secondly i'd been told it had already been sent. anyway they said just to not accept the package when it arrived. a few minutes after they magically tracked the package and had it sent back to them. great no problem. i thought it was maybe a one off but found this site. one of the other posts says about not allowing them to post on facebook. i had previously liked their page and when i looked they had removed me!!!! I would have considered ordering from them again and wouldn't haven't written on there as i'm not usually a complainer however the whole situation doesn't look good and i'll be giving them a wide birth from now on.

I've been shopping with babame for about 22 months now. It's started with reusable nappies and soon spread to their wonderful range of wooden toys. They've made our 2 birthdays and Christmas' an absolute joy. I've seen a few negative comments on this review page and I'm surprised at the negativity. Some people are clearly very bitter. Yes, babame have had a few issues when moving premises - which they were very open about and out of their control. It did impact a few of my orders, but I'm not going to cry about it... I'm a grown up! The babame team work tirelessly hard, often day and night... introducing new amazing brands into our lives and homes. I wish their shop was closer so I could visit in person. Well done team babame. You're a winner in my house.

I ordered nearly £100 worth of toys for my sons first birthday and paid for 24 hour courier so that it would arrive in time. I ordered on a Tuesday and presumed it would arrive in time for the weekend. It didn't. It arrived the following Tuesday too late for his party. You shouldn't be charging for 24 hour courier if you can't provide it. Then I was deleted from their Facebook group for saying my order took a week when I paid for 24 hour courier. Terrible company. Will never order again. They want to censor people and they won't last long acting like that. Awful. Wish I could give zero stars.

Awful company to deal with with even worse customer service. Items dont arrive and they then deny all knowledge of said order.Resort to bullying and belittling customers who raise their issues with them. Just recently they have opened a competition to get people to leave positive reviews just to build their ratings. Please I implore you, find a better more grateful company.
