I love buying toys for my little one from this shop, we've ordered a few times and always received our order, would definitely recommend to others who are looking for toys a little bit different to typical children's toys, going for more traditional open ended toys.

Awful experiences with this company. Money taken, items never received, emails not replied to for weeks and then when I dared to post on their Facebook group after waiting 4 weeks for them to respond I was then abused by other customers and by the owner herself. The owner and staff delete any negative comments from their social media and have disabled reviews as they know they can't delete them. Lots of people all complaining about the same thing as me. Struggling to get their money back or get the items paid for. The recent surge in good reviews are due to a competition they are running. Prior to this the only good reviews were written by the staff of the company! I never did get my money back from them and I would advise people to avoid at all costs.

I have ordered from these guys in the past but never left a review as I thought maybe it's a 'one off' however upon the latest order in December I've now been removed and blocked from the Facebook group after daring to question when or if my item would ever arrive. Turns out it never did and obtaining a refund was like trying to get blood out of a stone. Terribly poor customer service, I get the impression they know they are bad, know they are very bad but are sticking their heads in the sand regarding this and shutting off all avenues of contact so they don't have to deal with it. The title of my review stems from the current Facebook competition to garner better ratings by promoting people to post positive reviews, so don't be fooled by the recent surge in the stars. Look back to December 2016 and you'll get the more accurate picture of how this company conducts themselves.

Absolutely love this site for wooden toys which are great quality and the customer service is top notch. They also have a friendly Facebook group too where your made to feel welcome and also there are many great deals.

We love Baba Me in our house! They have the most amazing wooden toys, the best jigsaws, lovely customer service and the shop itself is out of this world! It's like visiting Santa's Workshop. Maebh and her team work so hard, this is a lovely little Irish company I love to support regularly

I love this shop. By far they have the best and widest range of wooden toys and also a great range of reusable nappies. Most of my kids Xmas presents were from Babame, and all of our presents for my lb's 1st birthday next month. I got my lillebaby carrier from here and it is the comfiest and most luxurious carrier I have ever tried. Customer service is excellent and I cannot fault them. Orders are packaged very well and delivery overall is good. I managed to get hold of a rainbow just before Xmas. Ordered Friday evening and with me by Tuesday. They are an amazing family run company and will definitely continue to get my repeat custom.

Wow, My mam and I "popped" in here for 10 min. An hour later my dad had to drag us out kicking and screaming. Damage was done to the credit card but worth every penny.

This company is an absolute spoon full of sugar! No need to feed the birds when you can stay inside and play with their great products. And just like Mary Poppins, delivery is prompt and service is professional.

My favorite site to order stuff for my children from, have ordered well over a dozen times and been satisfied with every stage of each transaction, once when incorrect item was sent, they contacted me beofre it even arrived to say they believed one item was mixed up and would I like a refund or a replacement I chose the replacement and they sent it first class and let me keep the incorrect item to.

I wish I'd done my research before ordering. They sent me the wrong item and despite me ringing the number on their site for days and sending an email and live chat message, they never responded. I've had to keep the incorrect item though it was far more expensive. The packaging was non existent. My daughter also ordered some things at the same time. Hers came with one item broken and another, a supposedly new scooter, a big chip in the wood and it looked like seconds quality. She also tried to contact and nothing. We both tried to ask on the Facebook group but posts weren't approved and now we have been banned. Every other company I've shopped with you can post as a visitor on their Facebook page, but not this one. And no ratings allowed on there. Ask yourself why they don't want their customers to be able to post about them openly... Please don't be swayed by the sudden influx of 5* reviews on here from their groupies. Those same names are in their Facebook group, always responding with "don't worry, they're amazing, they'll sort you out". One person's favourite saying in particular... you practically get pounced on for daring to say a bad word. Well good for you if you've never had a problem. Reading some of the reviews on here, you should count yourself lucky. A company shows its true colours and its worth when things go wrong. In the case of this company, they seem to get it spectacularly wrong and are on a mission to make it ten times worse and more stressful. Take your chances, if you dare. I'll be sticking to companies who are open and honest when mistakes are made, from now on. Lesson learnt the hard way!

Awful experience with this company. Wrong size sling was sent to me and customer service was downright rude to me when I contacted them about it. Then when they finally agreed to allow me to return it (!), I returned the sling and heard nothing from them so had to contact them again after 2 weeks only to be told they hadn't received it. They suddenly "found" when I pointed out I'd sent it by Special Delivery and Royal Mail had confirmed to me it had arrived with them two weeks ago. Would never buy from them again after the treatment I had from their customer services. I also had to return nappies to Fluffheaven their sister company on an earlier occasion which they also claimed they never received - I believed them at the time, but after the issues I had returning the sling I honestly don't believe Royal Mail were the ones at fault that time either!

Great company. Ordered from them quite a few times. They're mystery boxes are great! Such a great idea and great value for money. Love that they also price match. And any problems are solved with ease by their fab customer services. The only place I order toys and carriers from now.

What a great company. This is my favourite place to shop. Having spent hundreds and hundreds of pounds from 2015 up until last week I've never had a problem. Very friendly and competative pricing. I'll never stop ordering from such a wonderful company.
