I ordered 3 pipercross C6000 filters and payed 129,24 euro. Didn't get the delivery and no reaction on my email. DON'T buy here!

Purchased my item friday it was really easy to find the correct one! But having purchased it the website froze and ended up resetting itself, the money got taken from my account but I never recieved any confirmation of the order until monday, during this time I contacted the Facebook and they replied within the hour telling me to contact the email, emailed them saturday and I received no formal reply to me as of yet monday midday but confirmation has now been recieved, improvement would be an automated email sent out as soon as the money was taken rather than waiting until the next working day!

Product shipped didn't include all items, they said their description was incorrect and didn't include the items listed on their website! I told them I'd rather have a refund than pay for more than paid for. Ignored me after that. Just terrible.

Absolutely terrible! I ordered a panel filter for my M140i, received a filter 2 days later for a Kia Sorento 2.2crdi. Emailed to ask where my filter was and response was apologetic, and new one will be with me tomorrow. GREAT! :) As I work I requested the delivery address be changed as I had to hand over the old filter they incorrectly sent me in the first place. Chase tracking number for new order on day4, to find out it is going to my home address were 1. I am not and 2. Neither is the filter as I brought it to my work address having requested this be changed. 3/4 further emails and they are not able to request the driver deliver without the swap and provide me a returns label for this incorrect product which I have offered to send straight back the next day. I am now being told I have to wait a further two days in order to receive my parcel, or if I would like a refund go through the process of returning the product they sent me incorrectly to start with.

Used these filters before. Great filters, has made a difference to my wife’s diesel, better pull off and more responsive. Fast delivery and well packaged. Will always buy pipercross for my cars.

Terrible, buy through ebay instead, no reply to numerous emails. Still waiting after ten days, given two delivery dates but courier has no record of item number, phoned once and told the courier has my parcel.

When I telephoned the shop, I found Adam the Manager very helpful, so I ordered an air filter for my 2002 BMW 525D. That was on a Friday and it was delivered to me on the next Wednesday. Good service by any standard but especially so as I live in Southern Spain ! Well done....good old fashioned service !

easy and fast service

Wrong item recieved. I ordered a PP1690 and they sent a PP1620. I will never buy from them again.
