I bought a house with Homesure, Prescot Office. I was looked after by Alex & Callum. Both were very friendly, responsive and helpful. Alex also has a great sense of humour always a plus. As with most property purchases, there can be challenges & delays. They looked into any enquiries and made the experience as easy and pleasant for both myself and the vendor. I would recommend these two gentlemen to those looking to buy or sell a property.

Homesure Property have been looking after my portfolio of properties in Liverpool for the last 5 years. Living and working in London I was recommended Homesure by a friend to manage the properties and i can honestly say I have never dealt with a more efficient, well run, easy to work with and reliable management company. Everyone in the office was a pleasure to deal with, from lettings through to maintenance and sales. After deciding to sell the portfolio, the sales team recently helped me sell all the houses with great success. I would HIGHLY recommend Homesure!!! Thank you Nick and team.

Homesure have sold 2 houses for me in the past 2 years. both within days of them being put on the market. James goes above and beyond what normal estate agents do following the sale through from start to finish and smoothing over any bumps in the road. Homesure are easily the worst state agents I have ever dealt with. While trying to get a viewing of a property, they were unhelpful, unprofessional and would not even reply to emails after the several phone calls I had with them. I would avoid using them under any circumstances.

When we moved into the flat it was a complete mess, cigarette butts in the carpet, cat poo, damp, no electric, no light bulbs or fire alarms, absolutely filthy, beds broken, a broken fridge and most definitely not in a livable condition. After numerous requests for damp to be fixed, cleaning the flat ourselves, no boiler or hot water for the full 6 months, no privacy within the flat and many more things wrong, no resolution was given, therefore, we decided to leave (of course). They have now with held some of our deposit return for cleaning and removal of some items (that were already in the property when we moved in) and the cleaning of the flat despite it being in a much much better condition and re-painted at our own expense. Completely useless agency and are willing to take on landlords who are not willing to follow the contract. This was just to name a few complications we had over the 6 months we rented from them. DO NOT USE HOMESURE.

( STAY AWAY ) The director Nick of this company is extremely rude and unprofessional. We found them to be incompetent, ill informed and misinformed and giving us advice. We heard him shouting at his staff and would not and will not recommend this company. There should be a license for a state agents these would surely fail on all counts.

By far the best experience i’ve had as a landlord looking for a tenant this company is brilliant !! James and his team from Homesure have been very very helpful and delivered exactly as they promised 10/10 service !!!!

No agents showed up to a property viewing. Stood in the cold and rain knocking for 30 mins. Then had the pleasure of being blamed for this error. Unprofessional and unreliable. Avoid.

We made an offer to buy 11 High Street Hale Village L24 4AF for £428k. We offered on condition that the property was taken off the market. Initially the property was listed as “sold subject to contract”. We were somewhat surprised when having agreed a price, instructing our solicitor and commissioning a structural survey, the house was as relisted for sale! The estate agent, Homesure said that the vendor wanted to relist the property but was “committed to this sale”. Once we had completed the survey, it would be taken off the market. We paid £500 for the survey and again, the property was listed as “sold subject to contract”. Three weeks later, having also spent money on our solicitor and the survey, the property was again listed for sale again. We only discovered this by chance by looking for the rightmove listing. Again Homesure assured us that we had “no need to worry”! This isn’t any way to do business. The vendor showed bad faith in my view. Checking back, the same property was listed for sale - but not sold - six years ago. We should have been more aware of past history of the house, the vendor and estate agent. We sold our house with a coloured only me estate agent. They do not allow this sort of behaviour, if it’s under offer then that’s it. Once we accepted an offer to purchase our house, the property was taken off the Market. So I now know that Homesure allow property to be re-listed even when Sale is progressing, twice. Would I buy a house from Homesure? Not after Iv lost hundreds of pounds, and hence why I’m sharing my experience. If anyone wants to make an offer to buy the survey off me, get in touch.
