I have been a Domestic services contractor for sometime now for Homesure and i have always had a positive experience. The office staff are all very professional and experienced, always very welcoming when i visit the office and at hand to help with any needs. Homesure is by far the best lettings agents I have been involved with, their response time is second to none with a plethora of energetic staff who are eager to resolve any problems that may arise, I particularly enjoyed dealing with Ellis, she just wants to help and has a fantastic manner of compentence.

This is such a professional company and wouldn't hesitate recommending to anyone thinking of using them as a letting agent.....compared to previous letting agents who I have used in the past they are light-years away. their reports are so thorough & backed up with a wealth of photographs. I was a tenant handled by Homesure and their service was really good. Everything was handled professionally and on time, it was easy to reach them and get assistance. If we required some major works to be done, this of course took some extra time due to paperwork, but everything was done within a reasonable time and no request has ever been ignored. Definitely recommend to all landlords!

I have had a pleasant experience with Homesure for over 3 years that i was in the house. All the issues that i have had in the house were solved in good time. Also I didn't have problems to have my deposit back after I left the property. Peter made the move out process easy and quick. I would recommend Homesure for anyone looking for rent a property.

Oh where to start with Homesure... Firstly, despite viewing a house and specifying that the conditions of me accepting a rental contract would be the actual cleaning of the house, I turned up at the property on moving day to finda house without a working oven, the home itself was still dirty. Further to this, the back door was broken off the hinges, meaning anyone could have walked in and there were old whisky bottles strewn across the yard from one of the rudest contracts I've ever had the misfortune to encounter. To their credit, they did refund me a week's rent while I waited for them to get a cleaner in - which I did have to ask and negotiate for. Secondly, the maintenance team themselves leave a lot to be desired. When I told them I had a non-responsive radiator, they sent me a youtube video on fixing it when I asked for help. The door fell off, they asked if a family member could fix it. The final nail in the coffin has, undoubtedly been, my home being sold with me in it in less than a month and they told me nothing before or after the sale. Meaning that I could have been told at any point, that I had two clear months to vacate without a single word from Homesure. This trend continued when the house was sold: despite one very unhelpful person informing me, posthumously, that they 'had given you all the notice we can' with regards to the sale (which they, by their own admission, two emails earlier had clearly not. It was I who contacted them regarding the sale). Finally, I learned this week only, almost a month on, that the sale has been finalised with a private landlord. This means that this company have had a month and a half's rent from me, in advance, through a standing order and said absolutely nothing until the landlord himself turned up to show me the deeds. Honestly, even if the house being up for sale could have been forgiven them still accepting money from my account because they couldn't be bothered to tell me the sale had been finalised is just another unnecessary and easily avoidable headache on their part. And it is a genuine shame because there are a few people in the Homesure team who absolutely deserve better than this review for how kind they were to me individually. I genuinely applaud the guy who did my home inspection, the contractor Homesure eventually send to fix the door and the woman who arranged the deposit and refund for me initially. They are all exemplary staff members who should be praised. The orgnisation itself however has been a constant source of stress for me this past six months. I would have recommended them based on my interaction with them before the tenancy began. Posthumously I will simply say this is one of the most shambolic rental experiences I've had and I would not recommend them, unfortunately.
