After two nightmare landlords we moved to a property managed by homesure. From the get go communication has been brilliant! Any questions and we have had a reply instantly. Had a small issue earlier today and wasn't made to feel like a divvy, a couple of hours later an electrician shows up and the work was done within 30 mins, very friendly gent too. Brilliant agency, lovely office too! Huge thanks to the team and Rosanagh specifically who manages our property! 10/10

Homesure provided an excellent service. They dealt with all aspects of the leaving off the existing tenant to finding and arranging the moving in detail for the new tenant in a timely and well organised procedure. I was particularly impressed by the way the process continued seamlessly even though two personnel were involved.

Brilliant company to work for! I carry out gas safety certificates for Homesure and other gas works and they are just a great team to work with. always responsive to my calls and emails. I work closely with Ellis in particular and she is fantastic, she always helps me book in with the tenants and even helps me chase them up too. All in all great company!

Unbeatable service from the Lettings team. Homesure took care of every part of letting our property out as a Landlord. They took care of viewings, tenant applications and even advised us about insurances and utilities. Josh and his team were so friendly and professional I honestly can’t fault them. They really took control of the process and kept us regularly updated so we felt assured throughout. I especially liked the ability to E-sign contracts and docs to save time in our busy lives. We went for the fully managed package which is the most competitively priced around and worth every penny for the peace of mind it brings. Can’t thank you enough for genuinely taking away the stress from the whole experience.

Recently on my behalf, Homesure managed the sensitive and unfortunate process of evicting a pre-existing non-paying tenant who was also damaging the property. They handled this from start to finish professionally and then their Homebuild arm managed the property refurb. This was handled with no issues and the property was marketed and re-let with minimal void period and to good tenants. I have been using Homesure to let and manage my properties for years and have been pleased ever since they took over. They take care of everything, understand all the details, are transparent and are excellent communicators (which is a prerequisite of a great agent and manager). Thanks to all of the Homesure Team, a pleasure to work with!

As a first time Landlord,Homesure were so helpful and thorough explaining the process to me. Rosanagh gave me her advice on the best applicants and advice on current markets to manage my expectations. Really fast turnaround and would recommend their service to others!

Liam was great during a challenging handover process. He remained calm, was realistic and compassionate when he could see emotions were high. He quickly arranged the Full deposit payment and was very thorough in the inspection of the house when we handed it back to the Landlord.

I have just used Homesure letting service to rent out a property for me . From the valuation process to the new tenant moving in it has been handled professionally , speedily and I’ve been kept informed through the process . I sold my family home and bought a new little home for myself via Homesure. Amy was amazing from start to finish. She rang me to say the offer was accepted and was there on the day of completion until late as we were worried with mortgage rates and a huge chain but she stayed calm and ensured every person involved was kept up to date. Amy listened and responded to my many calls and emails as I haven't sold a house before, so her calm and understanding voice was much appreciated. She went above and beyond many times. I would recommend Homesure and Amy as an agent to help you sell or buy your new home without hesitation! Thank you Amy and the team

Absolutely shocking, I have been a tenant for 7 years at a property managed by homesure, (for the last 3 years) .. they have been consistently chased for outstanding repairs for 3 years straight and have sent multiple different contractors one after the next who either didn't complete all jobs and reported they did, or didn't report them at all after the many repairs assessments I had, leaving me without a paddle. My landlord recently decided to sell the property I live in, but assured me and all my son's support workers that this sale will not affect me as she is selling as a tenanted property and they WANT to keep me in. So I jumped through the hoops, allowed access for inspections, sales valuations, redecorated so the flat looked lovely on the pictures they asked me to send for the listing, in between still chasing up 3 year old outstanding repairs and forever being told 'we will chase it up for you' .. the manager spoke directly to our support team and was informed of mine and my 10 year old child's chronic physical and mental illnesses and was asked to have a little extra patience during the process as this massive change could be detrimental to our wellbeing if not handled with care, and again we were reassured that this would be fine. I sent pictures of all rooms but one, the one with the outstanding repairs as I was uncomfortable having the tatty kitchen posted online for all to see on the listing, especially after waiting 3 years for the repairs to actually be done, but this was clearly too hard for this incompetent Maintenance team to manage, and instead of arranging the repairs, they went behind my back to my landlord with a massive fabrication about me being DIFFICULT and not allowing access, when actually the opposite is the case and they are the ones who have inadequately managed the property. based on these lies I was served a section 21 and now face homelessness with my 10 year old autistic child a month before Christmas and in his last year of school. The manager is the most vile man I've ever spoken to, he will talk down to you, talk over you, and when you begin to get frustrated he will cut you off the call like a true narcissist. He is also refusing point blank to provide me with evidence to support my case, e.g. repairs requests, reports and inspection reports, as they know they back up my concerns. AND he is also refusing to set up a face to face meeting or phonecall with my landlord and myself as he is trying to sabotage my ability to tell the landlord the truth. I was told by the manager in 2020 that I was within my right to go to environmental health to file a complaint against the landlord but I opted to give them the benefit of the doubt and gave them a chance to get things sorted, yet here we are 2.5 years later still waiting for them and now being evicted and accused of not allowing access for photographs just for asking if they could be done first. DO NOT EMPLOY THIS AGENCY TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEIR FEES BUT PAY THE CHEAPEST UNRELIABLE CONTRACTORS TO POORLY ASSESS AND REPAIR THE ISSUES. THEY DONT KEEP RELIABLE RECORDS, THEN SERVE YOUR TENANTS PAPERS IF THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO COMPLAIN. I have spoken to the contractors who are constantly blamed for these things not being done, and they have agreed with me and told me that I'm not the first or 21st tenant to have these same concerns with homesure, they are also sick of being blamed for homesures incompetence. They have changed their stories so many times, and unfortunately for them and the landlord, I have had enough, I don't roll over easily especially when it comes to somebody messing with my son's wellbeing to make a quick buck on a sale, and will be fighting this every step of the way, so ultimately they have ended up costing the landlord 1000s in court fees to resolve the matter and allow me to have a fair chance to tell my side and request an extension on my section 21 on medical grounds from a judge.
