Has been a great company to deal with over the last couple of years. I just finished paying my loan and couldn't have been happier with the whole process everything was super easy to track online.

You answer 100 questions most of which you cannot answer then it refuses to not let you answer what was the exact date you started Centrelink disability that was 28 years ago last place you lived when did you start living there when did you leave stupid questions you download documents and it freezes and then they expect you to answer the questions again and to download documents again over and over if you're on the Centrelink don't bother they say they want to help people all they are after is your information so they can sell it on a total scam

I was a customer with Finance One for over 3 years, however, I had a conflicting conversation with a staff member who informed me that was Loan was to end in March 2025. However, another conservation with two Managers (Lena and Alayah) who both gave me different answers. When I asked for a recording of the conservation I had with the team member earlier in the year 2024, I was told that the recording was to be provided, however, later on, I was told the recording no longer exists and they couldn't do anything about it. When I told the managers that it was a bit sad that my conservations were no longer available, I was threatened by the manager Alayah that she would disconnect the call, even though I never raised my voice or used any swear words. When I made the manager aware of this fact there was silence on the phone. When I asked for a reduced interest rate I met with no we cannot do it and this is what we can do and if you don't like it don't take it attitude. I mean I have never defaulted on my loan not once, I paid above the amount every month and I was never late in payment. I decided after this company had treated me in this bad way that I would get a loan from a bank and pay off this loan so I don't have to deal with such rude employees and not helpful to customers who are making sure to pay on time and over the amount. That was my experience and I will never recommend this company to any friends, families or loved ones. If there was a zero rating, this would be my rating and I will never recommend them to even the public.

Mitchell was great, very nice. Patient and helpful. I have severe anxiety and I wasn't very anxious while on the phone.

They were good in the beginning but then started with the dodgy things, they did not help any one during Covid even though they got relief from the banks, they charge ridiculous amounts of interest making the loan drag out longer, just keep an eye on your interest charges, they will drag out a 4 year loan to 7 years, they don’t care, they just look for ways to make more money, be very careful, shop around first, From Troy B :)

Don't finance with finance one. Extremely bad decision. Car loan was $19,000. They've pushed my payments back almost every fortnight, bouncing it back every time. Then they jack it up to $30k owing. Which is ridiculous. I've paid over $14k in one year with extra payments. They say I've paid $12k. I asked for 3 years. They gave me 5. Interest rate is 28%. DO NOT FINANCE WITH FIANCE ONE. They're scammers. And if I want to pay outright for the car. I've still got to pay $15k HAHAHAHA. They're unbelievable. I will be taking them to court.

Advertise car loans for people with difficult circumstances, however I have contacted them twice and on both occasions have not been able to assist. Unfortunately they don’t go through your personal circumstances with you, they just process the application as if you have a high score credit rating.

So helpful when times are tough, excellent customer service.always try to help the best way.thanks.
