I thought it was pretty good service for something I was totally unfamiliar with. Your platform for uploading original invoices could use some improvement, however. This was very difficult to do, even with assistance from a family member who is quite tech savvy.

After the initial help with the process to import my package I couldn’t get a hold of an online chat live agent for 3 days. I had to phone to get someone to look at my clearance ticket again. After I got connected with another agent, they associated the wrong shipment to my ticket. Update: To be fair, when I was able to connect with an agent, they were helpful and responsive. I’m one who believes in second chances, so if the need arises, I would consider giving Clear It another try.

I find out I didn't have a broker. Last time I ordered parts all of this was taken care of. The part sat for over two weeks at Customs. No phone calls informing me of the hold up from the carrier or Customs. Customs couldn't even find the commercial invoice which was in an envelope on the package. I found Clearit online. Got a copy of the invoice from the manufacturer. Clearit took car of the rest. Thanks!

I was charged much more than expected. I asked why, got no answer. I asked for someone to call to explain and discuss the overcharge, received no call. i import many items per week and decided to give clearit a shot. As of right now i would not recommend them.
