Easy process

No information provided regarding whereabouts of shipments. No tracking number to follow up. One shipment arrived totally unannounced, luckily I was home at the time. No response on the above issue by Clearit person, when contacted by e-mail. Further, no contact number given. Yes, the shipment was cleared by Custom, dues paid, and after that silence. Not very happy. Although some shipments already arrived still waiting for remaining.
