Michelle Alfonzo was so helpful and professional. All of the papers were acceptable at Canada Customs and the clearance process went smoothly. The rates are also really reasonable! Thanks. The only suggestion I would make and it is not the problem of Clearit but our problem for not being aware of the current AriiveCan procedures. It would be good if the agents could just remind customers to be aware and prepared before crossing the border, returning to Canada. My husband was in the US for about 1/2 hour and assumed that the procedure to return would be simple. He struggled at the border for four hours because none of the cbsa agents were willing to even give him a hint on how to prepare these documents on his phone.

This was worse import I’ve ever dealt with after 5 different attempts to contact and get my shipment imported from you well landed in Calgary march 15 finally after 19 days I receive it ,, total worse experience ever and I import lots, left this one up to full throttle suspension and they use clear it !!! Never again
