This is my second time using Boxie in 1+ years. I would always think of them when it comes to storage and recommend it to anyone. Reasons: - very accessible and helpful customer service. They really strive to make sure you get what you need without any hassle - many availabilities abd variety of storage space - easy and timely pickup of items

Both pick-up and drop-off of my items was easy and fast. Communication with the drivers was good, they kept me updated with when they would arrive. And customer service was very quick to respond and were able to answer all of my questions.

I cannot evaluate the pick up of my items back, but for now I am pretty satisfied. They are very attentive to the customer, real-time communication. The pick up of my items was fast and they are concern with protocol etc., which gave me more confidence in the service. I wish one of the pick up man was more careful, but overall they were all careful. I storage my stuffs in Berlin Center.

The pick up went very smoothly, the guys were on time and professional. The operators on the phone are always available and helpful, giving precise advice for every specific condition.

First time I deal with Boxie24 and I must say that they provide a service that no other company can offer. They pick up your items and store it at a very short notice and provide clear breakdown of the fees that you will pay. They are also very punctual and showed up on time at the pick up schedule.

I was searching on the internet for a good quality and affordable storage space, and I found BOXIE24. From the beginning of my contract until the end, I never regretted choosing them! I have been very satisfied with them: the contact service communication went always smoothly, the instructions that were given to me for the inventory were clear and easy, the pick up and return services went also very well (my packages were taken very well care of). Also the people who work there have always been helpful and kind, especially I appreciated the fact that they spoke very good English! The price was good if compared to other options on the internet, especially worth it now that I am more familiar with their services. The only small issue I had was with the contact numbers that for some reason it said we're not in use, but it was a only me issue that was fixed just by sending an email instead (to which they replied quickly). Definitely choosing them again if I will be in need of storage spaces again ;)

I've had a good experience with Boxie24. Customer service was responsive and quick in following up and giving information. The driver made sure to call the day before to confirm, the day of when he was leaving to pick up my boxes and gave me an accurate ETA. I would recommend using them!

ABSOLUTE KATASTROPHE, nicht vertrauenswürdig, Möbel beschädigt, Totalschaden oder komplett verschwunden. Kundenservice mangelhaft und unprofessional. Ware wird komplett zerstört zurück geliefert. Von der gesamten Lieferung hochwertiger Designer oder Vintage Produkte sind die meisten zerstört und beschädigt angeliefert worden. Marmorplatte/Tischplatten zerbrochen. Lampenschirme komplett aufgeschlitzt. Antike Sitzbank und Tisch, Polster aufgerissen, Holzplatten und Tischbeine Zentimeter dick eingeritzt, Totalschaden. Ein Sofa verschwunden. Das Unternehmen übernimmt keinerlei Verantwortung, sondern weist alle Schuld von sich und beruft sich auf die falsche Verpackung. Man hätte angeblich Fotos. So etwas habe noch nie erlebt. Mitarbeiter haben selber bei der Begehung vor Ort im Lager bei der Suche nach dem verlorenen Sofa, die katastrophale Lagerhaltung und Schädigung des Kundeneigentums bestätigt und dass bereist viele Klagen erfolgt sind. Die Firma klagt angeblich selber gegen eigene Mitarbeiter, die polizeilich gesucht werden, wie die aktuellen Mitarbeiter berichten, da viele Einlagerungen von vor 2 Jahren in dem von mir beschriebenen Zustand sind und die Kunden rechtliche Schritte einleiten. Ehemalige Mitarbeiter hätten Parties im Lager gefeiert auf den Möbeln der Kunden, so erzählte mir ein Mitarbeiter. Wie kann ein Unternehmen so mit seinem Kunden umgehen der fast 20000,00 Euro in den letzten 5 Jahren für die Einlagerund bezahlt hat und eine wertvolle Sammlung geliebter Vintage und Designer Stücke vertrauensvoll in die Hände des Unternehmens gibt. Es kann immer etwas passieren, dann muss es rechtens geregelt und erstattet werden. Dafür habe ich Verständnis, aber gegen diese unseriöse Vorgehensweise muss man rechtlich vorgehen. Bei der hohen Anzahl der Schäden sendet das Unternehmen einen Zweizeiler mit Schuldzuweisung an den Kunden… Dies ist in hohem Maße unseriös.

I had more than 6 or so years my highly valuable furniture on 4 pallets; and I have to write that the final delivery was spotless. All was delivered on my 4 pallets in front of my appartment then slowly removed and placed into my appartment. As well some of the furniture were 100 or more years old and came without any damages back. What is important is that you pack properly your furniture or whatsoever before giving it out, to avoid any damges during the transportation. Due to long holding period Boxie24 gave me immidate discount, thus I paid my 4 pallets almsot 40 or 50 Euro less than the equivalent place in the other storage I used to have + due to long contract Boxie24 charged me for the final delivery half price, only + 6 days used in the last payable month they did not charge me. Fair apporach considering such a long contract. All at all, on the end all went well and I have no regrets that I changed my storage and gave my highly valuable furniture to the Boxie24 storage. Thank you!
