I left my belongings at the Boxie24 storage for eight months and had a pleasant experience with this storage company. Everything was delivered back to me intact.

My experience with Boxie24 was quick and easy, a huge help in the stress of moving! I requested storage through their website and was promptly contacted the next day to discuss my storage needs and to organise pick-up. Within a few days of requesting storage, my items were collected by Kyle, who, like those I communicated with on the phone, was very friendly and efficient.

Great service! It was fast and super easy. The staff is friendly and the customer service is super efficient and respons quickly to any questions or changes.

My experience with Boxie24 was great. The website was quite informative when it came to the types of storage units available and all necessary contact details were easily accessible. I only had to contact the company twice, once for picking up the boxes and once for dropping them off, the calls for which were brief and informative. A follow up confirmation email would also be sent which helped me keep track of things. Overall, as an international student who left Rotterdam for 6 months for exchange, Boxie24 was a great company to work with. The monthly payments were also automatic so I never had to worry about missing a payment or transferring money over. The staff was always super friendly and informative. Overall, super affordable and 10/10 experience so would definitely recommend to students.

It was very professional,the ones who did the pick up were very klantvriendelijk,i called 2/3 times before the pick up date because I didn’t understand some things,and they treated me very nicely and with patients,also gave me all the informations I needed.

Standort „Frankfurt“ Es wird einem ein Lagerraum in Frankfurt verkauft, in Wahrheit ist das eine abgelegene Lagerhalle in Weilmünster. Das sind über 1 Stunde weg aus Frankfurt. Über den Zustand der Lagerhalle will ich garnicht anfangen, das muss rechtlich geprüft werden, ob das überhaupt so erlaubt ist, wie sich das ganze abspielt. Leider war ich erst nach einem Jahr vor Ort, um mir das anzugucken, sonst hätte ich diesen Anbieter niemals gewählt.

Die Abholung meiner Sachen lief einwandfrei. Nach fast einem Jahr kann ich endlich die Rücklieferung veranlassen. Alle Fragen konnte der Kundenservice schnell und immer freundlich beantworten. Man kommt jederzeit mit einer Terminabsprache an seine Sachen ran. Hilfreich ist dabei die Liste aller Kartons und Möbel, die man bei der Abholung erstellt und mitgegeben hat. Ich bin rundum zufrieden.

Ik werd keurig gebeld met de aankondiging hoe laat de bus er zou zijn om de spullen op te halen. Vriendelijke mannen die alles met zorg in de bus hebben gedaan. Ik ben erg tevreden over de service, ook van het kantoor!

Super Service, die Kisten sind einfach super praktisch. Sie werden geliefert und wieder abgeholt. Und dabei habe ich ein gutes Gewissen, dass die Kisten weiter benutzt werden. Die Leute waren sehr freundlich. Einfach toll!

Na 2 jaar opslag en duizenden euro's betaald te hebben, zijn onze spullen incompleet en beschadigd. Na contact is Boxie24 niet eens bereid om te zoeken naar de spullen.

I've just been told I can't collect my goods given 24-hours notice as promised in their T&C's and in fact I'll have to wait until January 2025 to be able to get my stuff! I've hired a vehicle to drive from the UK to Holland in order to collect, and now they have renaged on their agreement with me. Rest assured I'll be making them responsible to pay the 2000 UK pounds it cost me for the vehicle rental! What an awful company!

Flutbedrijf. Er word veel gelogen over gemaakte afspraken in de hoop dat je geen bewijs meer hebt. Tip: lees alles goed door op de websites en maak screenshots zodat je er later op terug kunt komen. Echt een stelletje prutsers bij elkaar, inderdaad goedkoop in eerste instantie, maar uiteindelijk gewoon duurkoop geworden. En dat je m’n gegevens niet kunt vinden, is omdat dit op naam van mijn man is geweest. Hij persoonlijk wilde geen review achterlaten, maar ik heb daar zeker wel tijd voor.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS SERVICE!!! You would be better off storing your stuff in a ditch!! They lied to me at time of service setup that I could cancel the service with no issue at anytime. When I when to get my stuff back they held it until I paid ridiculous amounts to get it back. There is NO communication between the delivery/pickup guys and the office. And a month after cancelling my service and paying for 2 months of no use they are still trying to charge my card for more months!!! Lastly when my stuff was returned it was covered in dents and scratches. DO NOT USE!!!!! Also you should fire Michael the rep who likes to threaten people he is a really horrible person!!!

Meine Sachen wurde ordentlich eingelagert und auch ordentlich zurück geliefert, die Herrschaften waren nett und zuvorkommend bei Komplikationen.

Beschädigte Möbel & Schlechte Lagerung!! Bei Abholung meiner eingelagerten Gegenstände waren 2 Möbel beschädigt trotz sachgerechter Verpackung. Noch schockierter war ich über den Zustand des "Storage", welcher in Wahrheit eine abgelegene Lagerhalle in Weilmünster war, die dreckig, unverschlossen und ungesichert ist. Alle "Storages" sind einfach nur Baupaletten, auf welche die Gegenstände ohne Achtung oder Verstand gestapelt wurden. Auf den Büchern hat sich Kot befunden, welcher von irgendwelchen Tieren stammt. Ich habe noch nicht mal alle Kisten ausgepackt nach dem Umzug am Wochenende und hoffe, dass nichts weiter beschädigt ist. Ich kann es wirklich nicht empfehlen! Würde ich nie wieder buchen!
