The salesman (Ben) & the ladies in the office were very pleasant & descent people to work with. The driver that delivered the container was terrific, set the unit in place I had marked in no time. I thought the customer service was not good. I have over $10,000 in contracts with Pac-Van and they want to charge a moving fee of $45. Seems the priorities aren't for the clients but to nickel and dime.

Very please with the unit we purchased from Pac-Van. The delivery and set up went very smoothly. We have detected a leak near the front door and hope we can determine the problem easily.

I Purchased a one-way container. The container delivered to me had been rented for approximately two years. There is damage to the paint and a lot of oil on the floor. I was offered a $200 discount. I offered to have Pac Van repair the container rather than a $200. They refused to make the repairs. They would not give me another container that was the quality I paid for that was in their rental fleet. They would rather rent the container then replace mine. I had no choice because I could not get a one-way container for 2 to 3 months.This is terrible customer relations set forward by the manager Micheal
