Pac-Van is amazing solution for renovations of apartment communities. They are able to set the Pod down in a parking space or accommodate larger Pods for whatever the needs for the project. Our problem was simple with the distribution problem with Covid-19, we were going to be unable to know when we get supplies. The pod offered the solution for our needs not to reject deliveries that were not planned. This simple solution kepted our time frame for the renovation to a reasonable projection date for completion. Thank you Pac-Van for your service. Debby Young

I like the fact that you have containers onsite to choose from. I didn’t know much about them and I had a time constraint to have one delivered so I asked the sales ladies to let me know when the size of container and company (K Line) I was looking for came in so I could stop by and take a look at them to pick the best one. They agreed to. I waited a couple days and never heard back from them so I called and she said that they had received three or four of them. I drove over there and went out to look at the new deliveries and the one that I was looking/waiting for was on the lot. Found out it was sold at the same time I called in asking if they had any new deliveries. I was promised a heads up and did not get any. I was/am very disappointed and upset. I ended up, due to time constraints, getting one but it certainly wasn’t what I wanted. Delivery driver did a good job getting it set where I wanted it. Overall not a satisfied/happy customer.
