United Kingdom | 27 April 2021I was redirected to LED Hut from the Battery Force URL, so presumably they've rebranded or been bought out. I was a customer of Battery Force for years and always really happy with their service (i've still got the mug they sent me after my first order!). My new experience was a bit disappointing, delivery time was a bit longer (although, y'know, Covid, so that's ok). I was really disappointed though, the day after I placed my order to get an email telling me I had items left in my basket, and that if I completed the order I'd get a discount! Firstly, this made me a bit worried that my order hadn't gone through properly, so there was lots of checking of accounts and stuff, and secondly, if you're going to offer a discount that easily I wish i'd just abandoned my order half way through and got it cheaper the next day. Why not give a first order discount to new customers? Or to those moving over from Battery Force? (I accept that might be hard to track as I had to create a new account, but it still rankles a bit).
