A brilliant company nothing is to much trouble always been dependable

Bought 5 Lumilife GU10 spotlights. Installed one on 28/7/2020 and it failed 5/4/2021. That's less than 1000hrs for a bulb that claims to last 15 years. Not pleased. How are you supposed to make savings with an LED bulb if it needs replacing in under a year? It doesn't help that your warranties are also useless.

One of the best places I have found to purchase LED bulbs. Staff are knowledgeable, prices are good and registering for the free 5 year guarantee makes it excellent value, they even refund the return post costs.

I used LED HUT years ago; I always rated them for fast service. But I think it took over a week for goods to get shipped and to arrive. I think it was five days before they were even shipped; and this was from stock. I won't be bothering again. The idea of using them was for their speed of service. I won't be recommending them or using them.

Faulty bulb. Glass not attached to the connector, got a replacement sent to me but took so long.. The use Hermes, enough said.... Still waiting....
