Recently bought 6 LED panels (and suspension kits) to replace 3 fluorescent tubes in garage. Now installed and working well. Excellent service from LEDHut. Will use again.

Your website is not good. I cannot get in using what I know was a passowrd. The reset facility doesnt work, I dont get a link. I know the email address is correct because you sent me this email.

Used Led Hut several times and great products and prices, but this time had to wait for 3 and a half weeks for delivery

Don't use them as often as I used to but still bang on with service

My only problem with my order was the delivery I was sent a tracking number but it was useless and I waited 4 days for a bulb to be delivered I’m happy with my purchase

Ordered some LED bulbs a while back. Many of these have failed quite early, ( within a few months). Was asked to return them for testing, which I did. Didn’t hear anything. When I enquired a couple of months later I was told they had tested faulty (but they hadn’t come back to me.) I was asked if I wanted refund or replacement, so I asked for replacement. Then I got an email asking what order number they relayed to even though that information was already supplied. Then nothing. So I’ve asked again what’s happening and no replies. They don’t seem interested in resolving the situation. If they said that at the start I wouldn’t have wasted the money sending the faulty bulbs back for testing.

Order was dispatched quickly but unfortunately couriers mislaid the consignment and it took 10 days to arrive. However, product was great and really cheap compared to other retailers. Will definitely be buying all my LED bulbs from LED Hut in the future. WELL DONE GUYS.

Had to prompt for delivery, despite their shipping policy that states: 'All orders are shipped within 24hrs of placing your order. We have 4 delivery methods...' it took over 5 working days for the courier to receive the package (who then delivered it next day, a Sunday). The lights themselves are excellent.

Led bulbs fine but don't buy anything substantial as the returns process they make you use is extortionate and cumbersome with a charge of at least £15.54 deducted from your refund

LED Hut sent me an e-Mail telling me that the light bulbs were in stock. Ordered and delivered promptly. Can’t fault LED Hut

Despite the bulbs showing as "in stock" online and to "allow up to 5 days for delivery", I contacted LED Hut after 6 days and was told they were only just in stock and waiting to be despatched.

Trying to return goods to this company is virtually impossible! They do not answer the phone, return messages left, or respond to e-mails, they lack any basic customer service. After this appeared I was contacted by the company who apologised for not replying and arranged collection next day.
