Made buying the right part extremely easy!

I had been waiting for 2 years for the fuse box for my 2007 Buick Lucerne and it was back ordered everywhere. Kept checking GMPartsGiant and they finally had one. Put in a new battery and the fuse box and car started right up. Very pleased.

Stainless steel decals for the 2500HD were as described and were easily affixed to my tailgate.

Genuine parts and quick shipping

I do not recommend them. They request confirmation of orders and if not confirmed they cancel it. How stupid. Additionally, the photo was incorrect for the part and I ordered based on the photo and received it and it was the wrong color. Their customer service is horrible and they just keep you running in circles. Only order from them as a last resort.

Absolutely the worst online GM parts vendor. Terrible customer service, slowest shipping, online catalog is virtually useless. gmpartsdirect is the only way to shop.

Did not receive an item and refused to do anything about it

gm parts giant charged an extra $45 shipping for a separate item, then sends everything crammed into one box which damaged the most expensive part that i paid extra to ship separate! gm parts giant offered $15 refund for the damage, for what I paid I want the part undamaged. after returning the part and jumping through their hoops dealing with RMA department, they never issued a refund, until i contacted them once again jumping through their hoops for a resolution. to sum it up the whole experience with this company was a huge expense and waste of time. gm parts giant doesn't care about its customers, it has set up their business in such a way that the customer cant do a thing about getting taken advantage of by them and gm parts giant knows it.

Correct part and part number. True GM quality part. Perfect fit. Great communication. But shipping expensive. And shipping time too long.

They don’t reply to emails….

Product was as advertised, shipping was fast and price was reasonable.

Ordered a light switch from their web site that stated it was "correct for my vehicle". It got delivered and it was a completely different switch from my OEM switch. The company had me jump through hoops to return this wrong part. I had to submit pictures and an explanation to get a return authorization. Once the item was returned at my expense, then they charged me a re-stocking fee for this wrong part. I will not do business with them ever again

If the part is available out there they'll find it and have the best price. Many times I've done an internet search just to end up at GMPartsGiant.com and making my purchase there. It's on my browser's home page.

GM PartsGiant is running a scam on their taillight core returns. I received a GM replacement taillight two weeks ago put the light in my truck everything was good. I contacted GM PartsGiant about an RMA number which I received, signed the RMA forms put the old taillight in a plastic bag in with the new one was shipped with another signed copy of the RMA form. Then I received and email from GMPartsGiant that the core refund was denied because I did not have the RMA number with the return. You got to be kidding... after several calls and complaints I just got the answer that they will not be returning the $50 refund... Suggestion to GM Parts Giant... Stop the SCAM about core refund!!! You won't pay it anyway. Just be honest and work it into your price and forget the fraud. I will NEVER purchase another part from this fraudulent GM Parts company. customers need to know the truth. I should have read the consumer reports before ordering anything from GM Parts Giant! I see this is common practice for this company.

Ordered a front impact sensor when I could not find any aftermarket options for my 20yr old vehicle. The part arrived quickly and worked exactly as expected. The only knock is that it was very expensive.

I find exactly what I'm looking for and the price is a good value for a " do it yourself-er".
