I got what I ordered at a decent price in a timely fashion.

Ordered a part and after about 2 weeks received the wrong part. Sent it back on a RMA to them and they received it 7/9. They order the right part but it was suddenly discontinued. I did order it from another online parts dealer and received it the same time my refund was processed from parts giant on 7/20 after 2 follow ups on my part and them claiming they processed it on 7/9

Pretty pi$$ poor business. They lie about availability. After you order and pay, they'll ask for additional money because their prices are incorrectly updated according to Gm prices. I went a week without the parts actually being ordered from the warehouse because they'd email me daily with a "new" issue that needed attention. Never a phone call to get straight to the point. Just emails that you may not see for days unless they are saved as a contact. It seemed like they were pushing me to cancel the order, which is exactly what I did after so many issues.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a part. Received part. Wrong part. Asked for an RMA and was told part was “special order”. No where in the order process was I told that. Part not returnable. Will never order again.

Parts were correct but one downstream sensor is not working I need to trade it for another one how do I do that

Head gasket was not useable. It was marked "Do Not Bend". When opened it was obvious it had been bent several times. It could not be used- it is junk.
