The sales person was completely unhelpful until I made a point of stating why I wanted to buy a knife and then he answered my questions on the different knives. These are expensive items so maybe he thought I was unable to afford their products. I was surprised as I lived in Japan for many years and never came across this arrogant attitude.

I visited the Japanese knife Co. yesterday with a knife to be sharpened and to look at the purchase of a new knife. I was delighted they were able to sharpen my knife that same day, and collected it 3 hours later. I also purchased a new knife and received excellent instructions on how to sharpen my knives. I will be using their services again and thanks to the guys who served me.
