Amazing staff & service

There’s a great team at Vapourz Lounge. Not only were they the ones to help me quit cigarettes in the first place, they’ve been brilliant during the lockdown, too - I was able to liquids and coils via WhatsApp and everything arrived the next day safe and sound. Thanks for the service.

The customer service come to mind first 10/10. The staff are always friendly and happy to see you and sooo helpful! Most importantly I love the products and the range of flavours. Every time I walk into the shop it’s been a pleasant experience. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough and I wish more high street business were run at this level of professionalism.

Fantastic prices, would have paid twice as much elsewhere. I made a mistake on my order, emailed them in the evening and they phoned me the next morning to fix the issue. Very friendly and helpful. Great bargains, 5* service fast delivery (even during the lockdown!) Recommend

Amazing service and so attentive to their customers!! I messaged them to order during the Covid lockdown, I got a prompt answer to say that the items were in stock, I ordered online and my order was hand delivered to me that same day. Great atmosphere and chilled environment really gives you a great vibe to relax, jam and vape some amazing flavours. Staff are really nice and helpful, they give you good advice for what juices and mods are best suited for you. Every member of staff take their time to listen and talk to you in a full consultation of your wants and needs in starting and even creating a hobby out of the art of vaping. They all seem to have deep knowledge in the field of vaping and the vape industry and are always enthusiastic about questions and interests from customers about coils, mods and juices. I've been to a few of their event nights and they were great! I was fully entertained by the tricks and cloud competitions, their give-aways and deals and just the general lively environment! Overall great place to go and is defiantly worth a check out! Go chill, jam have a drink and best of all, an amazing vaping experience!
