Used these guys in the days before lock-down, and thought they were helpful and friendly. Now they are just brilliant. A few quirks on their website, but I managed to order what I wanted at 10am. Delivered by 7pm. Happy customer.

Have been using Vapourz Lounge for a good few years. Have experienced nothing but exceptional service both in the shops and, during the pandemic, with delivery. Very fast at responding to any queries through text or phone call and delivery always has been unbelievably fast and reliable. I feel I should mention that during the Pandemic they have gone way beyond what would be expected of any company. Delivery has often been on the same day and my questions answered within minutes. Will solely use this company for any vape products in the future Highly recommend!

The way they’ve handled the COVID-19 situation has been commendable! Still delivering the best quality to their clients despite not being able to open the physical store. The only place I go for my vaping needs!

Vapourz Lounge owner and manager really know how to serve their customers. It’s always great to pop in and chat to Tracey who’s friendly, professional and always willing to help. Even during the lock down they’ve adapted fast and didn’t leave their customers alone. It’s great to be dealing with Tracey and Amir as they really care. I enjoy going to the shop as I know it will be fun experience whether I buy anything or just pop in to say hello. Highly recommend you try their products, a big range and variety and they’re always up to date with new products on the market. I can’t vape flavoured liquid as it’s too sweet for me so I found my ideal Smooth Western that’s just right. I’ve also tried CBD cream to relief stiff joints, it works well, CBD tea that I bought for my auntie and uncle was great fun and a lot of giggles and CBD vape liquid is a great way to chill on Saturday night. You got to try it!
