I received my order the next day, was shocked. I even spent money on expensive juice from a shop locally as had ran out and was expecting my juice to turn up in 2-4 days! Depending on the delivery option you choose, they might use Hermies. At Christmas Hermies gets so busy they can't honor next day delivery. So don't pay extra for next day delivery at Christmas else you'll just waste money and get the items a week later. This is not Vapourz Lounge problem though as I fully understand why they would use that service. many thanks and look forward to shopping with Vapourz Lounge for the foreseeable future

I would recommend this business to anyone. Amazing service, easy to get hold off and very friendly. I made the mistake of missing the post saying the shop was closed over Christmas (how I missed it I will never know because it’s very clear) I’ve placed my order for next day delivery but because the shop wasn’t open it wouldn’t of been sent off until the 4 of January, I contacted the business they explained and offered me refund for the delivery and said it would be sent of on the 4th. The same day I get a email saying my order has been shipped so they’ve took it out of the own time to send my order off so I didn’t have to wait. If anyone reading this is contemplating whether they should order or not stop and place your order you will not be disappointed. 5* HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I made 2 online orders recently, to 2 different addresses. From start to finish, the courier company failed to do their job properly. But Vapourz Lounge went above and beyond to make sure my orders arrived. This is a very busy period, but they replied quickly and sorted the problem. I0 out of 10, highly recommend.
