I've been using this product daily for over 10 months and had zero new hair growth. Waste of time and money.

I ordered from Copenhagen Grooming, fully aware that the product might not work for everyone, as stated in their disclaimer. Unfortunately, in my case, the product didn’t provide the results I was hoping for despite following the instructions. On the positive side, their customer service was excellent. When I contacted them under their Growth Guarantee, they were quick to respond and offered clear options for a refund or a gift card. I chose to return the product for a refund, and they handled everything smoothly and professionally. Although the product didn’t work for me, I appreciate their transparency and how they stood by their guarantee.

Doesnt work at all, used it for more then 150 days, they promise you if it doesnt work you get your money back after 150 days, i wanted my money back but they didnt. Instantly there were all kinds of extra things i should have done to get it back.

Ekstremt dårlig kundeservice. Har købt et produkt på hjemmesiden og under 14 dage efter falder den i pris. Håbede derfor at de ville yde god service og sikre fremtidige kunder ved at hjælpe med differencen. Der var ingen hjælp at hente.

I got the grooming kit and i used all the bottles that was supposed to take 6 month to use but I got no results. I had both the hair grooming kit and the beard kit nothing worked still got my bald spot on my beard. And my hairline is still the same.

Great… a company that doesn’t go by their word. Bought the 150 day kit beard growth supply, but it did nothing to my beard. Sent it back and ‘claimed’ my cash back guarantee. But to my surprise nothing has came back, not a single update or email, radio silence from the company for over a month now. But the funny thing about this is that I can predict exactly what’s gonna happen next…. Due to this review, they will finally email me back… ask me to change the review in exchange for the refund…. I really don’t understand companies like this. Simply ignorant. P.S Oh and another thing, they instead sent me a 50day kit and I had to email them back about the mistake they made. Unorganised, Unprofessional.

Fick inga resultat av att använda mitt 250 dagars kitt. Men det är något som man får acceptera att det kommer inte att fungera för alla. Stephanie hjälpte mig att få full refund så kan inte mer än rekommendera och testa! Fungerar det inte så är det bara att begära deras garanti!

Im in my 30s and hav been progressively seeing thinning over the past year, but since ive added their shampoo to my routine it honestly seems to have stoped. It could be a variety of factors, but its the only thing I have done different. Would 10/10 recommend!
